Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are available Monday to Friday only (no weekend or public holiday deliveries, except on special holiday weekends such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day).

  • Same-day delivery is guaranteed within Launceston (postcode 7250) for orders placed by 12:00 noon AEST.

  • Orders for delivery outside of 7250 must be received by 12:00 noon the day prior.

Courier Collection Times

  • West Tamar deliveries: collected at 8:30am

  • East Tamar deliveries: collected at 12:00 noon

⚠️ Please note: Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries will occur throughout the day following the above collection schedule.

Delivery Fees

A flat delivery fee of $16.00 AUD applies to all eligible delivery areas listed below.

We deliver only to the following areas:

  • Launceston City & Suburbs

  • Relbia, Blackstone Heights

  • Legana, Grindelwald, Rosevears

  • Lanena, Exeter, Gravelly Beach

  • Paper Beach, Swan Point, Robigana, Deviot

  • Sidmouth, Kayena

  • Beauty Point, Beaconsfield

  • Swan Bay, Dilston, Windermere

  • George Town, Bell Bay, Low Head

  • Longford, Perth, Evandale, Breadalbane, Western Junction

 

❌ Please note: We do not deliver to Hadspen, Carrick, Westbury, or Deloraine. 

 

Order Confirmations

Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation email.

  • All flowers are delivered by courier.

  • Please ensure delivery details are correct and include a physical street address (PO Boxes are not accepted).

  • Tamar Valley Rose Shop is not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to incorrect delivery details provided.

Deliveries to Apartments & Gated Residences

For apartments, gated residences, or buildings requiring access codes:

  • Please ensure the recipient will be home on the delivery day.

  • Provide the recipient’s phone number to assist couriers if access issues occur.

  • Always include details such as floor number, unit number, and building name in the delivery address.

Urgent Deliveries

For urgent, last-minute deliveries, please call us directly on 03 6331 5723.

  • We will do our best to arrange a fast delivery depending on courier availability.

  • An estimated delivery time and any additional costs will be advised at the time of booking.

Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive as expected:

  • Please contact us immediately on 03 6331 5723.

  • We will resolve the issue promptly or arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
